General sales conditions

1. Preliminary regulations Up

The sales conditions are valid for shopping at the online shop www.wall-stickers-shop.com whose operator is the Canaletto company, Jakub Krupař, with its registered office in Sušice, Pod Skalou 312, postcode 342 01, company ID: 74304399, tax reference number: 7805100006, the company is registered at the Sušice Municipal. By ordering the goods the buyer accepts the sales conditions for delivering the goods by the seller (www.wall-stickers-shop.com) and the contractual relation between the buyer and the seller is binding for both parties if not stated otherwise in the contract. The seller delivers the goods to the buyer upon prior online order, completed via the online shop, email, or phone, in which the buyer exactly specifies the ordered goods.

2. Subject-matter of a contract Up

The subject-matter of a contract are items specified in an order by the buyer. Information on the goods that is shown at www.wall-stickers-shop.com is not binding if not stated otherwise. If information on the ordered goods does not correspond to the reality, the buyer will be notified of the differences and after consulting with the seller appropriate measures are taken to complete the order to the mutual satisfaction. www.wall-stickers-shop.com as the seller undertakes to deliver the buyer the goods in a perfect state in accordance with the specification, or in accordance with what is common for the particular goods. The goods meets the regulations valid in the Czech Republic. If it is common for the particular type of goods, it is delivered with a user´s manual.

3. Point of performance Up

The point of performance is a place specified by the buyer in an order as a place of delivery. The goods is delivered to the buyer by selected transport and the buyer (or one´s representative) is obliged to identify oneself upon the carrier´s request with a valid ID card (or an authorisation in a case of a representative). If the goods has not been paid in advance, the carrier charges the corresponding price that is sent on the seller´s account.

4. Order and making a contract Up

The condition for the order validity is the exact specification of the goods by the buyer and filling in the true contact (possibly other) details that are necessary for proper processing of the order by the seller. The order is a draft of the contract of sale and it is binding after confirmation of receiving from the seller. The contract of sale comes into existence when the goods is delivered. The seller is eligible to request authorisation of the order by the buyer. In case that the buyer does not authorise the order in a required way, the order is deemed invalid. The seller reserves the right to reject the order of a buyer who previously breached the regulation.

5. Price and payment Up

The prices shown at www.wall-stickers-shop.com are at the moment of submitting a valid order unchangeable. The seller reserves the right to change the prices at www.wall-stickers-shop.com due to inappropriate price basis from the seller´s supplier. In that case the buyer is informed by the seller and asked to submit an order with new prices. The seller has the right to fix prices in relation to changes of input price of the seller´s suppliers, changes at the market, and changes in prices of services, etc. The goods is paid on the day of entering the whole price into the seller´s account (in case of money transfer) or handing over the money to the carrier in case of cash on delivery. The seller is the owner of the goods up to the moment of paying the whole price from the buyer.

6. Shipping time and delivery time Up

The shipping time starts from the following day from the day when it was submitted by the seller. The order submitting means that it was properly received, and it includes all necessary points according to article 4 and its status is “accepted” in the seller´s system. In case that in a single order are different items with different shipping time, the seller waits until items are available and then submits the order for shipping. The shipping time is usually 3 to 5 working days. In case that the shipping time exceeded 5 working days, the buyer is informed and an alternative measures for completing the order are negotiated. The shipping time at www.wall-stickers-shop.com is only informative/common and can be affected by store reserve of the seller’s suppliers. The delivery time is also related on the way of transport. the seller is not responsible for not meeting the delivery time by the carrier.

7. Transport and postage Up

The seller sends the goods via the Czech Post or the PPL company. The seller charges a uniform price for parcels of different weight. The buyer is eligible to engage own carrier of the parcel at one’s own expense. In that case no postage is charged by the seller.

Types of transport:

1. The Czech Post, registered parcel

2. The Czech Post, cash on delivery CZ and SK

This is a way of service that you can use for sending documents, books, and other items of small value. The Czech Post secures possible loss of the parcel with lum sum of 20 €, for damaging of loss of the parcel content with sum up to 20 €. The Post charges the given price (C.O.D.). Then it sends the money to the sender or an individual authorised by the sender in cash or by money transfer.

We charge for this type of transport 3,96 € in the Czech Republic and 7,96 € in the Slovak Republic.

The buyer is obliged to take the delivery, check whether the parcel is undamaged, and check the number of parcels. If there is any discrepancy or detected damages, the buyer is obliged to inform the carrier. The invoice is enclosed in the parcel.

8. Warranty Up

The common consumption goods is delivered with a 2-year warranty. If any faults are detected at the time of delivery, it is crucial to send the seller a notice in form of a registered letter within 3 days from the delivery. In the notice the date of delivery, name of the product, specified fault, and proposal for the solution must be stated. The seller responds to the notice within 10 from the day of delivery.

9. Warranty guidelines Up

Possible complaints are dealt with in accordance with valid legal regulations (the Civil Code). We always do our best to find a solution to any problem. All goods has a 24-month warranty, if not stated otherwise.

Right of compensation can expire if:

• The stickers were damaged during the transport (in case of obvious damage of the goods or its packaging it is important to contact the carrier. The customer is not obliged to take such a delivery and shall immediately inform the seller).
• The stickers are damaged due to incompetent installation that is in conflict with the MANUAL FOR STICKING.
• The wall stickers are used under conditions that do not correspond to the parameters and requirements stated in the MANUAL FOR STICKING.
• The claim cannot be recognised if the wall stickers are removed from the transport foil.

How to assert warranty:

Inform us about your claim via telephone or email; we will do our best to assert warranty in a way that is suitable for both parties. (We will save time and money).

• Send us the goods in a common parcel, do not send C.O.D. parcel.
• Enclose a letter explaining the reason for the claim and enclose a copy of a receipt.
• Your claim will be solved as soon as possible, maximum 30 days from the day of its occurrence.

10. Withdrawal from a sales contract Up

The buyer is eligible to withdraw a sales contract within 14 days from the date of delivery without stating the reason according to the law art. 367/2000, valid from 14th September 2000. Withdrawal from a sales contract means returning undamaged and unused goods in the original packaging on the seller’s address (it must be sent registered) with all original documents enclosed. The seller returns the corresponding sum of money within 30 days from the proper goods returning. The delivery costs are not refunded.

11. Consent to the processing of personal data Up

Buyer agrees to the collection, preservation and processing of personal data contained in the form Krupař Administrator James, established Pod Skalou 312 342 01 Susice, Czech Republic, ID: 74304399 (or his staff) for the purpose stated below.
